Standard shipping days and hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm EST.

Please allow up to 4 - 5 days for your order to ship as some of our items are made to order.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label is printed. 

OhDeer.Me will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.

Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. OhDeer.Me is not responsible for customs and import tariffs.
